Miran Travel is a travel agency based in Naftalan, Azerbaijan. We specialize in arranging accommodation, spa stays, and local experiences for adult travelers visiting Azerbaijan.

2. Scope of Services

Miran Travel offers:

• Reservation of spa and hotel stays in Naftalan;

• Transfer of client data to hotels to finalize the booking;

• Organization of local guided tours and medical stays (through partner hotels) after the client’s arrival in Azerbaijan.

We do not offer online payments or real-time booking at this stage.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations are made via contact form or directly via phone/email.

• A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer.

• The remaining amount can be paid on arrival at the hotel, unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices may vary depending on hotel offers and availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Currently, deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation and change policies are under development and may be updated soon.

5. Liability

Miran Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and the hotel. Responsibility for treatment, medical procedures, or hotel conditions lies with the hotel.
We do not take responsibility for issues beyond our control, including hotel policy changes, force majeure, or client miscommunication.

6. Eligibility

Our services are intended only for clients over 18 years old.
